Ginny Lloyd is a former fine art black and white photographer, winning awards and NEA grants. Her work has been published in several magazines and books, including a book of her work titled Blitzkunst. She has exhibited works internationally in both solo and group exhibits plus lectured at art institutes and schools in California, Ohio, New York, Holland, Germany, Italy, and France. At one time she taught college level computer graphics in the San Francisco Bay Area.
She says, “I discovered the wonders of digital photography by borrowing a camera from a friend. I was hooked. I’m now continuing the never ending discovery of digital, and the constant learning curve to master software tools for processing my images.”
Ms. Lloyd is a native of Maryland, living in California and now Florida. She travels extensively and her albums here show the results of recent trips in the USA. She enjoys landscapes of less traversed areas, many times hiking into an area for the right shot. Ginny is also active in spiritual work and her images reflect this interest.
She’s available for assignments. Images can be purchased on a royalty-free basis for travel writers and editors, magazines, or book publishers. Also all images are available for a rights-managed agreement. You can purchase prints and gifts items here too. Notecards and postcards for personal or retail use are available by arrangement. If you want to purchase a signed, matted print please contact her directly.
